These are the words going around this tin in gold letters on a red background. The graphics above are of an Amish gentleman and a horse drawn cart which is probably delivering pretzels. There is also an Amish lady. The top of the tin has again the Amish man and woman with Pennsylvania Dutch designs in red and black on the gold background.
This tin does have scars of age and wear. You will see a square shaped scratching on the lid and then there are various small scratches and a couple of small dents in the sides. The inside is somewhat rusty but it is still a great storage tin if you use plastic bags for things like cookie cutters or crackers if left in their box or bag. Makes a great kitchen canister or bread box.
This tin is quite large and round. It measures 7 inches high with the lid on. It is 6 inches deep with the lid off. It is 10 inches across the top and 33 inches around.
A great tin for the farmhouse kitchen.
